Digital products are non-refundable
All products sold on this website are digital files delivered instantly by email. Once a download link has been issued, the product cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds.
This is because a digital file cannot be given back once it has been downloaded. We ask you to be certain about your purchase before you complete it.
Where we do refund
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
1. You were charged twice for the same order. Write to us with both transaction IDs and we will refund the duplicate.
2. Payment was taken but no product was delivered. If you paid and did not receive a download link, and we cannot deliver the file, we will refund you in full.
3. The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot fix it. We will first try to send you a working file. If we cannot, we will refund you.
Where we do not refund
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You bought the wrong product by mistake
- You already own similar material
- You did not find the material useful
- You did not use it
Before you buy
Every product page states what is included — the chapters covered, the number of questions, the number of pages, and whether solutions are included. Please read it. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy and we will answer.
How to request a refund
Write to contact@acceleratephysics.in within 7 days of purchase with:
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- the reason for your request
We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, because delivery is instant.
