This policy explains what information AcceleratePhysics collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one. Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
When you contact us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
Automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard website analytics.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the product you bought and issue your download link
- To reply to your questions and provide support
- To send you information about new material, if you have asked to receive it
- To keep records required under Indian tax law
- To detect and prevent misuse of our material
3. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Razorpay, to process your payment
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database
- Email delivery services, to send your download link
- Government authorities, where required by law
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law, currently eight years. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for support.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies to keep your cart working, to keep you logged in if you have an account, and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the checkout may stop working.
7. Your rights
You may write to us at any time to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
- unsubscribe from our emails

8. Children
Our material is intended for students preparing for JEE and NEET. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian make the purchase.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
