1. About us
This website is operated by AcceleratePhysics, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-TS-20-0213565, based in Hyderabad, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AcceleratePhysics. “You” refers to the person using this website or buying from it.
2. What we sell
We sell digital study material for JEE and NEET Physics preparation, delivered as PDF files. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically unless the product page states otherwise.
3. Placing an order
When you buy a product, you will receive a download link by email at the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct — we cannot deliver to an incorrect email.
Download links are for your personal use only and are issued to the buyer named on the order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. AcceleratePhysics is not registered for GST at present, so no GST is charged on your order and no GST invoice is issued. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may print a copy for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, upload or publish any part of our material
- share your download link or files with any other person
- post our material on Telegram, WhatsApp groups, file-sharing sites, or any public platform — our free sample paper is the one exception, and you are welcome to pass that on
- use our material for commercial teaching or coaching without written permission from us
All content on this site and in our products — questions, solutions, layout, design and text — is our intellectual property and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorised distribution is a copyright infringement and we will act on it.
6. Accuracy of material
We prepare every question and solution with care and check it before release. If you find an error, please write to us and we will correct it and reissue the file. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, rank or score.
7. Availability of the website
We try to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
